NO-SHOW POLICY

Patients are required to provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being classified as a no-show. A patient will be considered a no-show if they:

  • Cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Exceptions to this policy will only be granted on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated to our office as soon as possible.

  • Fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying our office in advance.

The following no-show fees will apply and will be charged to the credit card you have provided on file:

  • $75.00 for clinic, dietitian, and testing visits (in-person and virtual).

  • $25.00 for allergy shots and biologic injections.

  • $250.00 for endoscopic procedures (collected as a deposit at the time of booking).

If you arrive more than forty (40) minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your reservation may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on physician availability that day; in such cases, a no-show fee will not be charged.

No-show fees are the patient’s financial responsibility and are not billable to insurance. Repeated no-shows may result in modification or restriction of scheduling privileges or potential dismissal from the practice.
